Central Coast Beef and Wine Festival

PASO ROBLES, California â€“ June 14th, FARMstead ED presents the first Central Coast Beef and Wine Festival, hosted by the San Luis Obispo County CattleWomen Association. The event will be held Saturday, August 6th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Halter Ranch Vineyard. This event is designed to both celebrate and educate guests all about our locally grown. Ranchers and producers who raise both beef and wine on their properties will be showcasing their wines alongside the sizzling barbecue fare cooked-up by RFD-TVâ€™s famed Cowboy Flavor. This event is a fundraiser for MUST! Charities and San Luis Obispo County CattleWomen Associationâ€™s Agricultural Scholarships.
The festival will be set up with a whole herd of beef and wine tasting stations for people to graze and sip their way through the historic Halter Ranch Barnyard. The beef is being provided by Harris Ranch and will be prepared by famed RFD-TV cooking celebrities Billy and Sue of Cowboy Flavor. They will be preparing beef dishes featuring various cuts of meat paired alongside our local wines for a unique tasting experience. Barbecue masters and San Luis Obispo County CattleWomen will be serving up and sharing â€œhow-toâ€ prep, cooking and health tips about beef.
The ranches of Californiaâ€™s Central Coast produce superior cattle. Created to promote the local beef industry, San Luis Obispo CattleWomen dedicate their time, energy and devotion to educate the public about beef. Beef, itâ€™s whatâ€™s for dinner! Not only a popular ad campaign, but it is just about all you will find on the menu here at this good time tasty educational festival.
All the wineries participating in the event are unique in that they all raise cattle and grow grapes. The winery participants will include Ancient Peaks Winery, B&E Vineyard, Halter Ranch Vineyard, Hearst Ranch Winery, Jack Creek Cellars, Seven Oxen Estate Wines, Vintage Cowboy Winery, and more!

VIP Tables are also available for $1,000 and include admission for eight people, reserved private table and seating, and two bottles of wine.
