Seminar and Photo Opportunity on Sunday, October 2
Born in Bombay, India and raised in Dubai, UAE, Aarti's lifelong appreciation for food began at a young age inspired by her faith, mother, cultural background and never-ending food experiments. Aarti's dream culinary job became a reality when she won Season 6 of the Food Network Star in August 2010. At SAVOR, Aarti will feature her culinary techniques as she expands her fans palates and culinary repertoire by imparting her knowledge of Indian Cuisine and putting an approachable spin on all-American classics.
"My friends and I watched Aarti compete last year and love her. We can't wait to see her in person and see how she pairs Central Coast wines with her cuisine," said Lauren Tognazzini. "It's so great to see such a young and successful Food Network Chef," stated the 23 year-old SAVOR coordinator.
