1) Incredible menus – each restaurant has created special prix-fixe seasonal menus that you can't get the rest of the year such as Pan Seared Steel Head Trout w/ turnips, shaved fennel, braised potato, blood orange sauce at Robin’s or Seared Scallop Trio w/ fava bean, turnip ginger and mango purees, serrano ham, chili oil from Marisol.
2) So many options – choose from over 40 restaurants (or try them all) in 7 different picturesque Central Coast communities.
4) Make a trip out of it – take a mid-week trip to beat the crowds and save money during the winter season (plus the weather is still great, 70s all this week) with great deals on hotels like Apple Farm.
5) Go Local Wine – new this year, we have teamed up with over 60 Central Coast wineries who are offering a wide range of deals such as complimentary wine tastings and discounts on purchases. Some wineries like Castoro Cellars and Halter Ranch have even paired up with restaurants for a truly elevated experience.
