The Atascadero Wine Festival committee is pleased to announce that fourteen local artist were invited to participate in the Annual Lakeside Wine Festival which will be held Saturday, June 25th, 4-8 p.m. at Atascadero Lake Park, 9305 Pismo Avenue, Atascadero.
"Local art is always a big hit with our wine crowd," said Atascadero Lakeside Wine Festival Chairperson Barbie Butz. "The exhibits are high quality adding to the ambiance of the Lakeside Wine Festival."
Local artists displaying at the festival include painters Tracy DiVita, Pat Cairns, Jim Carlisle, Gene Elsdon, George Asdel, Terez Tyni and Margrete Korseka. Additional artists will include Paula Schroeder (Oriental Brush), Sue Marble (jewelry), Curt Bentzinger (photography), Michael Rude (Turned Wood), Marcos Cisneros (wood), Ryan Adams and Sean Adams (paintings and Tiki carvings).
The Atascadero Lakeside Wine Festival will once again feature some of the best wines from 80 San Luis Obispo County wineries, as well as the music of the popular Mighty Croon Dogs and food offerings from a variety of local chefs. Each attendee also receives a commemorative wine glass.
The Atascadero Lakeside Wine Festival is an annual celebration of the viticulture in the San Luis Obispo County Wine Region. Wine and food lovers are treated to a ‘Norman Rockwell' atmosphere with the world-class quality of the region's artisanal products.

Admission to the Atascadero Lakeside Wine Festival is $40 per person if tickets are purchased by June 15th. After June 15th and at the gate, tickets are $45 per person.
