imported prosciutto spread with mascarpone cheese, balsamic vinegar, and green onions rolled with steamed asparagus

Insalata Fantasia
fresh organic arugula, oven-roasted red beets, sections of grapefruit and orange, sliced red onions, diced roma tomatoes and toasted pine nuts tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing topped with fresh goat cheese

Paired with 2009 MONDO  Cielo ( white Rhone blend)


Tortelloni Piemontese
homemade tortelloni stuffed with roasted veal, spinach, and prosciutto in a porcini mushroom tomato sauce
Paired with 2008 MONDO Razzo Red (77%zinfandel,23%Petite Sirah)


Filetto Maremma
hand cut filet mignon wrapped with imported Parma prosciutto pan seared and served with a port wine reduction

Paired with 2006 MONDO  Mistress  (Bordeaux blend)
