Wine lovers and foodies will delight in this pairing: Winemaker, Antoni Sanchez-Ortiz, and Danior Kitchen’s Chef Spencer Johnson are coming together for an evening celebrating innovative Catalan cuisine and Perinet! Antoni Sanchez-Ortiz is travelling to the Central Coast from our winery in the Priorat region of Spain, making this an exclusive and rare experience for our Perinet Wine Club members.
