The Inn at the Cove's mission is to provide guests with a retreat from real life. That's why they are pleased to offer guests and locals alike the opportunity to breathe, stretch, and challenge themselves with weekly oceanfront yoga classes every Saturday morning* at 10 a.m taught by Yoga with Lindsay. Their oceanfront yoga classes are held right out on the lawn outside the hotel, overlooking our scenic coastal bluffs, allowing students to breathe and stretch to the rhythm of the ocean while inhaling fresh sea air.
The unique location guarantees a special experience for advanced students, but the classes are also designed with simple postures to accommodate beginners. Whatever your skill level, you won’t want to miss the open-level yoga class at Inn at the Cove. Please sign in at the front desk of the hotel. If you don't have a yoga mat, Inn at the Cove will gladly loan you one for the duration of the class.
