Join us for our next Pasture to Plate workshop where we will hear from local ranchers & farmers about their rangeland management & grazing practices, and learn more about your favorite meats!  Then, our favorite J&R butchers & chefs will show us how to make a few of our favorite hearty appetizers from meats grown right here on the central Coast!  Your ticket includes classroom, hands-on workshop and plenty of tasty grazing on the fixin's you prepare.
