This intimate dinner will focus on the past, present and future of the NINER Pinot Noir program. With 33 acres of Pinot Noir at Jespersen Ranch in the Edna Valley, the tasting menu will be specifically curated to highlight the unique qualities found in this cool, fog-laden site. Guests will be greeted with a reception of passed appetizers and magnum wine service before moving to the Craft Winery for dinner.
Winemaker Molly Bohlman will guide you through each course and explain vintage differences, winemaking techniques and pairing rationale while answering any questions that you have. This dinner is designed to be open-format and questions and discussion is highly encouraged! This is your chance to get to know the people who are making your food and wine.
