Vintage Paso Weekend Irish Inspired Menu

Celebrate Vintage Paso Weekend with us as we go Back To Our Roots with an Irish inspired menu and release our 2018 Zinfandel! 

Included on the menu:

*Beef Braised Short Rib with dark Irish stout beer served over authentic colcannon and topped with onion stour jus.

*Panzanella Salad with housemade Irish soda bread croutons, roasted root vegetable medley, organic spring mix with a honey mustard vinaigrette.

*Irish Grilled Cheese with Gruyere and Irish sharp cheddar on our housemade Cabernet Sourdough bread, served with a side of French onion soup.
