Wild Child is the Morro Bay State Park Natural History Museum's curated program for kids and families. Join them on an educational and inspirational journey from the cold Alaskan North, to the remote Karnali River in Western Nepal. We will learn about the importance of wolf and bison in our ecosystems and culture, and how anyone, regardless of age, can have a positive impact on our planet through conservation efforts, such as planting milkweed.

The Wild & Scenic Film Festival inspires environmental activism and a love for nature - through film. Wild & Scenic share an urgent call to action, encouraging festival-goers to learn more about what they can do to save our threatened planet.

All proceeds from this event support the educational and interpretive opportunities offered at our local State Parks. The Central Coast State Parks Association (CCSPA), in partnership with California State Parks in San Luis Obispo County, supports interpretation, education, and volunteer efforts while promoting public awareness and stewardship of our natural resources and cultural heritage.
