Office Coordinator

Visit SLO CAL is currently searching for an Office Coordinator. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The Office Coordinator is an invaluable member of the team, working in an extremely fast-paced, multi-tasking role that requires sharp organizational skills and communication skills. Administrative, events-related and finance-related tasks are the primary day-to-day job duties for this position. The Office Coordinator communicates with all positions in the office and with partners throughout the county. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Partner Engagement Manager

Visit SLO CAL is currently searching for a Partner Engagement Manager. This is a full-time, salaried (exempt) position. The Partner Engagement Manager will assist in growing industry and organizational capacity through partner and community outreach and support, industry and event planning and participation, educational programming and more. They are responsible for developing strong relationships increasing awareness of and participation in the growing portfolio of marketing, educational, technical and advocacy resources offered by Visit SLO CAL. The Partner Engagement Manager is also responsible for helping identify potential new community partners outside of tourism who benefit from or contribute to the success of our industry. This position reports to the Director of Community Engagement & Advocacy.

Communications Coordinator & Film Commission Liaison

Visit SLO CAL is currently searching for a Communications Coordinator & Film Commission Liaison. This is a full-time, hourly employee position. The Communications Coordinator & Film Commission Liaison works with the Director of Communications to implement proactive communications tactics, respond to inbound requests, execute public relations plans and track progress. They will also be the main point of contact and owner of film industry relationships, working with the marketing team to host location managers, provide guidance on film permitting, manage leads to external film partners, track progress and generally promote filming in SLO CAL. The position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Digital Marketing Coordinator 

Visit SLO CAL is currently searching for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This is a full-time, hourly employee position. The Digital Marketing Coordinator works with agency partners to implement owned and paid digital media delivery and optimization strategies, and is the main point of contact for the website, research and paid media agencies. Additionally, this position acts as project manager for Marketing Department projects, helping to keep them on time, scope and budget by tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks and proactively finding solutions. The position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
