Event Manager

This position is responsible for planning and executing a growing number of events, meetings, and tradeshow booths throughout the year in partnership with the internal Visit SLO CAL team, our partners and outside vendors. As a core member of the team, you will be tasked with ensuring all events are kept on track, on scope, on budget and on brand and will be responsible for the development and facilitation of sponsorship and event strategies.

Graphic Designer

This position is responsible for assisting in the creation of branded materials for our social media channels, digital marketing efforts, trade shows and printed collateral. Using your graphic design experience, you will help bring to life both small and large design projects like magazines, booklets, illustrated maps, trade show booths, greeting cards, logos, slide decks, digital ads, printed ads, and more, in accordance with our brand standards.

PR & Communications Coordinator

This position is responsible for helping bring to life the media strategies of Visit SLO CAL’s domestic and international PR agencies, collaborating with statewide partners at Visit California and local tourism-facing businesses. Your job is to not only assist on the front-end for scheduling FAM (familiarization) trip itineraries for media, but for administrative work on the back-end, logging placements from magazines, newspapers and social media in designated reporting systems as well as billing coordination.
