Built in 1905, it is a single-level 'original Cambria home.' The main part of the house has 10+ foot ceilings, whitewashed wood and wainscoating to maintain the traditional beauty of this home. The living room in the main house gives the floor to ceiling river rock fireplace, center stage. The ceramic tile floor resembles dark hardwood. Newly renovated, the kitchen has a granite breakfast bar, a central island, and a new gas range/oven combo. The large, cast iron farm sink, wine racks, and glass door cabinets, are a few more of this kitchen's beautiful treasures. It's truly a designer's delight! The master bedroom has a Queen bed, en-suite bath, complete with claw foot bathtub. The guest bath has a pedestal sink, and a walk-in shower, with floor to ceiling glass doors. The guest bedroom in the front house has a twin-trundle bed, which folds out to a full bed. The Guest quarters, are through a separate door. There is a sitting room/kitchen with a wet bar, granite counter top, and under-counter refrigerator. There is a cozy fireplace too. The bedroom has a lovely king bed. French doors open into the solarium, which is roomy enough for Yoga or your morning ritual. Through the toasty solarium, you come upon the 2-person infrared dry sauna, made from Canadian Hemlock. Around the back patio, stairs lead up to a quiet sitting area, and further up the hill you'll find the gazebo, with great views to the west. Watch the sun slowly drop, the fog roll in, and the town in twilight illuminate along with the gorgeous Milky Way. We are blessed here on the Central Coast, indeed.
