NEW LISTING! - Nestled in the established neighborhood of Cuesta by the Sea, this newly updated, light and airy, 2BR/1BA, bungalow is the perfect hideaway to escape back to nature and find serenity. You truly can get away from it all in Los Osos. Surrounded by natural preserves, quaint homes and small, local businesses, Los Osos is a fall back to a simpler, slower way of life. Well-known for its artisans, bohemian lifestyle and nature lovers, you can renew and refresh your inner being here. Relax....and just breathe.
Rest your weary bones in the master bedroom's luxurious king size bed adorned with crisp white sheets, a down comforter and a plethora of hug-worthy pillows. Sleep in or stay up late watching your favorite old time movies on the 30" smart TV. To keep the sea breeze swaying, a modern ceiling fan with a remote control will do the trick.
The second bedroom offers a new queen bed with fresh, white sheets, a down comforter and even more pillows for your complete comfort. Also with a modern ceiling fan, there is no need for any AC.
A third sleeping area is the modern sectional that converts to a full queen size bed. Additional linens, a comforter and extra cushy pillows are provided should they be needed.
The full bath with a tub/shower combination services the bedrooms. The shower was recently updated with a new, oversized tub, gorgeous, iridescent glass tiles and a bowed, frameless sliding door shower enclosure with tempered glass on stainless steel rollers. A single vanity with an undermount sink, granite countertop and tile floors brings a modern streamlined style to the look.
LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT
The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is the heart of the home. The living room has a modern sectional with seating for five. A classic, well-loved rocking chair with worn leather arms adds an eclectic look and is the perfect spot to read a book or watch the 55" smartTV. The dining table seats six is the spot to share good food and good times with family and friends. The newly updated kitchen with freshly-painted white cabinets and stainless steel hardware adds to the beachy feel of the bungalow. A new dishwasher, a microwave oven, a gas stove with 4 burners and the fridge complete the spacious kitchen amenities. Outside there are two beach chairs and bistro table to relax or man the gas BBQ grill while cooking up some burgers.
FOR THE DOGS
We're a dog-friendly home. Through the laundry room just off the kitchen is a doggie door that leads to a fenced-in side yard. Fido can do his business in private. We just ask that Fido's mom or dad clean up after him, both outside and inside. (Dog bowls not provided.)
All of the modern artwork (save for one) on the walls is that of the homeowner's and one her friends. Her creative eye and use of bold, bright colors adds a fanciful flair to the decor. Never trained professionally, she painted most of them out of desperation. She had bare walls and no money. Be inspired by her awesome artwork. Let you inner artist out.
