BRANDON FEIGHNER, DIRECTOR, CBRE HOTELS, VALUATION AND ADVISORY SERVICES

As the Director of CBRE Hotels, Valuation and Advisory Services (which acquired PKF), Brandon Feighner is tasked with tracking and forecasting the lodging industry. With more than ten (10) new lodging properties scheduled or under construction in our county, many are asking what effects will this additional supply have on demand? In this presentation, Feighner provides an important San Luis Obispo County lodging forecast through 2017.
