Cozy Casa Blanca is located just 30 miles east of the many beautiful coastal towns of Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay and Pismo Beach along the Central Coast. You can enjoy the day at the beach and wind down for a relaxing evening on the porch while enjoying the beautiful views of Paso Robles. Off-street parking available in large driveway shared with the separate apartment over the garage. **Garage is not available to guests. Wonderful stay in Cozy Casa Blanca
We spent 3 amazing weeks in this property. The location is perfect : very quiet & peaceful area and close to many restaurants&supermarkets not to mention the great vineyards. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to feel “at home”. The owner is a true gentleman and the Vacation rental Management Staff were very helpful and really professional in preparing our contract within a very short period of time on a Sunday. We had 3 nights stay at the cozy casa blanca home. Bruce and his wife made us feel really welcome in their home. Beautiful house to say the least. Baby deer in the garden on the morning was wonderful!!! The house was situated very handy for everything that we needed. We went to Paso Robles for the state fair and it was 10 mins walk from it. Many thanks to Bruce for our lovely stay in the Cozy Casa Blanca House! It was perfect for 2 couples, spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding, and a large, roomy shower, which was greatly appreciated.
Conveniently located, it was less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Paso Robles where we had an excellent dinner at Fish Gaucho (I recommend the Pork Pozole!) and attended the Paso Art Fest in the square. Bruce greeted us upon our arrival, which was a nice, personal touch.

Very Cozy Indeed!!
My husband, myself and our baby girl stayed here while in Paso Robles for a wedding. So glad we opted to rent a home instead of staying in a hotel. The cozy Casa Blanca was excellent!! The house was very well equipped which greatly exceeded my expectations. The owner, Bruce was very nice and made our stay very pleasant! He had some bottled water in the fridge and the house was nicely stocked with a coffee maker, plenty of towels, tissues, toilet paper, etc. We also greatly enjoyed playing ping pong in the game room! Would definitely stay here again! Very charming home!

Four of us booked a last minute stay at Casa Blanca for two nights and enjoyed a quick get-away. The house is close to town and wineries, and not too far from the lake, so the location was perfect for us. Bruce was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the bbq was ready to go! The back deck was nice to sit out on and the views were exceptional. The house was in good condition and clean. My wife and I stayed here with a couple of friends for a three day weekend. Both couples had a young child with them. The house was very clean and a great fit for the six of us. Bruce was great to work with and met us at the house when we arrived. He had stocked the house with the essentials and even left us a bottle of wine and some beer in the fridge.
