We had a wonderful stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone, the beds were so comfortable, and the chef's kitchen was a dream to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Don't miss this 5 star in the center of Paso Robles
This was a 5 star. The Greenwood was everything we needed for our 4 day stay, while our children showed livestock at the event center in Paso Robles. This property sits up a hill and felt very private. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. Took a walk and enjoyed the deer roaming in the hills around us. The home is very nice. Our family after traveling the last few years all over CA most weekends in the winter, rated this home a top 2 pick of one of the nicest and well laid out homes we've stayed in. Great for multiple families or friend grps. who want their own space. Home was very clean. The kitchen is stocked well and had everything needed from blenders, toasters, casserole dishes to an Insta Pot. My kids and husband enjoyed the hot tub after working cattle all day. Its only 3 minutes from the center of Paso Robles main street area. So if looking for a quiet and higher end home, with everything you possibly could need, this should be your pick. We had a reunion with 4 high school friends plus spouses (7 total) for 5 days and 4 nights in October 2022. The house was a perfect size and well appointed; clean, comfortable, terrific kitchen, plenty of room. We could walk to the square through the beautiful west side neighborhood. This is probably the best rental we’ve had at Paso Robles! The location was perfect, the house was perfect and had everything we could need during our stay. There is a little hill to drive up to get to the home, but we didn’t find our smaller cars to have an issue with it. Greenwood House is a perfect home for 4 couples as 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on suite. One has its own bathroom, however, it is outside the bedroom door. Nice open kitchen.

I was very happy with the Greenwood rental. The location was great, minutes from downtown and the neighborhood was cute and full of deer. Showing up and having the air on was so great as it was in the mid 90's while we were there. I loved that they had a Keurig and supplied some coffee pods and creamer and sugar. The property description was accurate. Home was great: clean & roomy, large modern kitchen, many baths and bedrooms and a great deck. It's in a very quiet, private location but still near town and roads to wineries. The road in is a bit surprising (curvy, steep) and threw us off at first - I'd give guests a warning about it. We went to wineries, downtown, Cambria, restaurants. Only negative was that dishwasher broke down (electronics) and vacuum didn't work. Property manager was great. We just stayed at this this property for a wine tasting weekend. It's very clean, updated, close to town, on a quiet street. We had four couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. There are 2 decks to enjoy, a hot tub, and a dining area and family room. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and the fridge is large. Great house for a large group!
We loved the house however there were a few things we think need attention.
The fan/light in both bedrooms upstairs didn't work. The fan in the master bedroom only works with the light on. It would have been nice to have a fan at night.
The Fan in the other upstairs bedroom didn't work at all.
The couples staying in the upstairs bedroom and the one right below it mentioned they kept hearing a leak but couldn't locate it.
One other minor thing, we ate several meals in and it would have been nice to have cleaner for the glass dining table and the counter tops on hand.
All in all it's a great house and we will definitely rent again if available.

We were there for our daughter's wedding at Oak Heart Estate on 46w. It was a bit farther from there than I desired however, for most folks it was close to downtown. Perfect getaway for friends
the property at Greenwood is truly a 'best' place stay in Paso. There are three bedrooms with private baths, and a fourth bedroom with a bathroom just outside the door. This beautiful home is well maintained and close to town. And it was exceptionally clean. The only negative was the home was 90 degrees when we arrived. The A/C was turned off. I would have liked to have arrived to a cooled home, rather than having to turn on the A/C at 4 in the afternoon. House is about a mile outside of the city. Very close to the city tasting rooms and lunch/dinner spots. Its about a 30 minute drive to the furthest winery (generally Justin). So very easy to visit multiple wineries if planned correctly. In terms of the house: Its perfect for multiple couples, two master suites with full bathrooms upstairs, and downstairs, two more rooms with two more full bathrooms. August Stay at Greenwood
This was a great house for our group of six. Spacious, clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies. The supplied coffee and spices were especially appreciated. The beds are extremely comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub, but the water looked clear and well maintained.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We passed a group of deer regularly down the street on the way to town and looked forward to seeing them daily.

The house is very roomy and accommodating for 6-8 people. The kitchen has beautiful new appliances and is fully stocked with spices, oils, vinegars. There were 2 bottles of wine left for us to enjoy as well. There are 3 lovely bedrooms with ensuite baths, the 4th downstairs has a bathroom around the corner from it. My only suggestions: Lower the TV on the wall, add more seating around it. Jacuzzi wasn't as clean as it could be and jets didn't work optimally. The gas grill wasn't clean and needed propane.

The house we rented was absolutely fabulous! It was exactly how it was described and the pictures accurately portrayed the beauty of this home. We rented the house for my father's 85th birthday celebration. 4 couples total. I could not have imagined a more perfect home, layout and location. The house was spotless and very well maintained! It had a fully stocked kitchen of plates, cups, pots and pans, utensils etc. We were very impressed the coffee drawer full of k-cups, cream and every type of sugar one may need. The complimentary bottles of wine on our arrival with a lovely note set the tone for the beginning of a fabulous stay. The bathrooms were all equally stocked as well. We felt like we were in a hotel. The outdoor areas were very spacious and easily accommodated our group. It was located in a lovely neighborhood. It was a short car ride to the downtown area and very accessible to many wineries. This property was perfect for our stay celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. It is a few minutes (driving) from downtown Paso Robles so the location is good. The home was spacious, clean and well-stocked. A small problem with the smoke alarm beeping was quickly taken care of by the management company. We enjoyed the hot tub! The property is just as it was described. There were 4 couples in our party and having private bedrooms (not just beds or sofabeds) was important. Having separate bathrooms were a definite plus although one needs updating. The owner clearly cares about this property as it is well maintained. The place could use serving platters tho. It was stocked well with enough dishes and utensils but was lacking serving dishes if you didn’t want to serve from the kitchen.

This house is great! It's beautiful, well equipped and quiet. We loved the space and elegance, the kitchen was perfect--w coffee! There were a family of dear living nearby, so we got to see them everyday. And it's close to the square of downtown--we walked home from dinner. So Great I Hate to Share It
I almost hate to give this a great review as it will be hard to find future vacancy. Four couples enjoyed this property for three days. The neighborhood is not renter friendly. But, if you do not party down that is not a problem. The bedrooms and bathrooms are adequately separate for privacy with a half bath available too. We were very happy with the Greenwood property. There were 4 couples in our group and the house had plenty of room. It was new, clean and spacious. 4 bedrooms (3 of which had a private bathroom) and everything was VERY clean. Perfect home away from home
We spent a long weekend with 2 couples and our babies at this house. It was perfect! The pictures don't do this home justice. While we knew the place was newly done, we didn't expect to see such modern, tasteful and luxurious finishes... from the kitchen appliances to the remote controlled modern looking fireplace to the rain shower heads in the bathroom to overall very tasteful decor. They really invested in making this place great. The location was also amazing. View from the patio was great during the day and at night. There were deer everywhere! We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, yet we were minutes from downtown.
A few things to consider though
- The management company did a good job of swaying me towards this house instead of another, which I am SO thankful for. That said, we had negotiated early check in / late check out before we signed the contract, but they later told me I could only have one. Annoying.
- The kitchen could be stocked with a few more items like olive oil and spices (though plenty of Keurig!)
- The second bedroom on the main floor is much smaller than the master, but we chose to stay there instead of the larger bedroom downstairs out of convenience. - Uma S., Redondo Beach, Ca

Lovely home for a group getaway!
We rented this house for a wine tasting/spa weekend getaway for 10 ladies, and it was fantastic! The house was beautifully decorated, and had so much room. It definitely lives up to the pictures! It's definitely one of the nicest rental homes I have ever stayed in.
In addition to the large living room upstairs, there was an additional seating area downstairs, plus a bonus room. The 4.5 bathrooms were a real plus with 10 women getting ready!
The outdoor deck area was beautiful as well - great views and an amazing hot tub.
The house has plenty of parking for groups, which is a huge plus for those coming from different areas and meeting up (we had people coming from both LA and SF).
One downside was the kitchen supplies. Luckily, we brought a lot of our own pots and pans, but for such a large, beautiful kitchen, I'd expect it to be fully stocked.
The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner as well - I noticed rings around the toilets.

The house was great for a couples getaway - perfect midpoint for the Bay Area and LA. The rooms and bathrooms looked like they were recently remodeled and well-decorated. One of the bathrooms is really small and old, but we didn't use that one. Wonderful Weekend in Paso
We spent a long weekend in Paso touring many of the amazing wineries along with great Restaurants. The house that we stayed in was perfectly wonderful. There was 4 couples and we all felt like we had plenty of room with lots of privacy. The hot tub at the end of the day provided a perfect ending. This home is also very close to downtown or you could take a 15-20 min walk. The whole experience was made very convenient and the property manager provided excellent customer service. A one Week Stay in February
We reserved this home at the last minute when our mother passed away and my family and I needed to come into town. The home was extremely clean and spacious and well laid out with four rooms, all with the own bathroom.Plenty of space to spread out and relax. The manager was quick to respond to a couple of things we had called for help on like the fireplace not working--and they were fast to get someone out to help. The views in the evening of the sunset and the views in the morning of the sunrise, off the back deck, were incredible. The kitchen is large and allows for a large crowd and was great for us to be able to stay in and cook or bbq. Only issue was that the kitchens stock of pots and pans is lacking but we were able to borrow some items from my brother who is local which helped us get through. Absolutely loved the place. Overall, our group (8 in all) were happy with the property including location, condition, amenities, etc. There are a few things, though, that we thought could have made our experience better. There was no laundry soap, no dish soap, no propane gas for BBQ, which necessitated a trip to the store 3 different times to get these items. The condition of the pans to cook with was poor.The water in the hot tub was not treated properly as it was cloudy and slightly green. Lastly, there was no water (above a drip) in the downstairs shower (the one closest to the couch and TV). The couple staying in that room had to shower in other people's bathrooms. A relaxing getaway with friends
What a wonderful time we had in Paso Robles - A concert at Vino Robles, wine tasting in downtown Paso and fantastic accommodations! The kitchen is moderately equipped, if you looking for extensive culinary needs, you may need to bring your own things. The only room for improvement is in the upstairs living room where there could be more seating. We had 8 people and there is not enough for us all to sit comfortably around the tv - some had to sit on bar stools which are not always that comfortable. Beautiful house in Downtown Paso
What a great house! A group of 8 of us stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my friend's 30th birthday party. The house is very very well kept and was well updated. There is plenty of storage if you're staying for an extended period of time. The living area/ dining area is perfect for entertaining with more than enough seating. The television has great watching options including Netflix! There was also a bottle of red and white wine to greet us. The kitchen is fabulous- the fridge is HUGE and stocked with a Keurig and other nice additions that made our stay so comfortable. The rooms and sheets were clean and well stocked. The patio is great and has a beautiful view of the mountains, especially from the hot tub - which was clean and well maintained- although we didn't use it. We had 4 couples from Oregon, Florida and Georgia for four days in October 2016. We wanted a house with four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and this one was perfect. The view was lovely over the city and valley. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Downtown is within walking distance but remember you have to go back up that hill. the upstairs was freshly remodeled the downstairs could use a bit of modernizing. The rental management staff were efficient, helpful and welcoming. This house is in a very quiet neighborhood. A morning walk will be shared with several deer that seem to live up the street and they are not shy about coming in a gate that is left open. This house was great for our every need and good value
