Azure Ocean View Monthly Only

Our stay on Leighton was wonderful. We stayed there two years ago. There had been several updates. The heated floors in the bathrooms and new vanities. The main bedroom bathroom,was refocused and it is bigger...new French doors in the lower level that makes so much sense. A new couch upstairs that was very comfortable.The house is well stocked, located close to everything. The deck was used daily...Our kids came and joined us and enjoyed it too.

What a wonderful month we had in Cambria in this very special home that is close to the beach, Fiscallini Ranch Preserve and the park. This home has beautiful ocean views.
Cambria is experiencing a severe drought and we asked our guests to bring their own sheets and towels and launder at their homes.
This home is exceptional! Definitely a 5 star!

Scenic Coast management team cannot be beat. They are always efficient and helpful.
Appreciate all the property owners do to continue to upgrade the living there experience. A few things to suggest are: If the property is likely to have heavy use over a months stay, have a full day before the next check in for a thorough cleaning. New occupants should have clean windows to look out upon arrival.
The “dog yard” is so nice to have available but the nasturtiums had completely over taken 2⁄3 of the area. We did borrow some gloves and clippers and cleaned it up so it could be used effectively. Had we asked the management company to take care of this I’m sure they would have but we just wanted to settle in and so we did the windows and yard cleanup ourselves.
We like this place a lot. We have stayed there four times and look forward to what the owners continue to add for everyone’s enjoyment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy, comfortable and serene home. He views of the ocean from the large, west facing windows were spectacular. The fenced yard with easy access from both floors was super convenient for our furry family members. There is a peaceful feeling in this lovely home and we look forward to returning soon.

We stayed at Ocean Park Hill for one month and it was excellent! Great home, beautiful views, nice neighbors, everything you would want in a rental. Scenic Coast Management was exceptionally helpful when we had an issue with our next rental! Highly recommend!

It was a great month. Time to enjoy a quiet lovely home. We were 1/2 block from the ocean. The view was breathtaking from the house and the huge deck brought it closer. We could take the kids to Shamel Park and on to the beach. We enjoyed many walks and sunsets during our stay. Its centrally located to everything. The hiuse was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. We used the BBQ several times and the fireout. The staff was great and continues to be as we book for next year. We we're sad this house isnt available next year but we understand why...we will continue to use Scenic Coast they have helped us for about 20 years find the right house.

I stayed for 2 months and loved it. Views are amazing. Home if fully equipped with everything I needed. Very easy access to town. Quiet street. The deck is comfortable and the sunsets were breathtaking!

Great location and so nice for our pets and the short visits from Riverside friends. Needed a few things from time to time that Scenic Coast Properties took care of graciously and timely.
We are sad that it is already booked for next August. We woukd love to return.

We had the most amazing time renting through Scenic Coast Rentals in Cambria. They have fabulous properties and are very helpful throughout the process. We plan to return again in a few months and love renting through Scenic Coast.

Great beach view, 3 doors from the ocean, big house, very clean and well equipped, Scenic COast Management is always great. we stayed here for a month, wish it was much longer. The only thing is the interior spiral staircase is kind of a pain, my wife always used the outside staircase. The heating system is not great, 2 gas fireplaces and a couple of old wall electric heaters, but we only needed it a little bit, it October and very warm for this time of year. But in the dead of winter not sure if it would be enough. Over all fantastic
