This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom two-story home is nestled toward the end of a quiet, neighborhood hillside street with these incredible views and a sense of tucked away privacy. Dramatic interior finishes--hardwood floors, beautiful tile and wood finishes, wood-beamed ceilings--create a sense of style and quality you will delight to come home to at the end of your wine-tasting day. This pet-friendly home has something for everyone! City Permit #STR19-0206. ***We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, cream, and sugar for the provided drip coffee maker onsite. (No pod-style coffee maker is available at this home.)***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Fabulous Views!
Upon arriving, we immediately saw the views we were about to experience. The home is lovely, comfortable and well equipped. The only downside was that it rained a lot before our arrival and the cushions on the deck were soaked. And added bonus, up to 14 deer were seen several times. Great Getaway for large group
The property was beautiful inside and out with the best view in Paso from the balcony. The balcony with the firepits and the grill were the favorite place for the group to hang out and watch the stars. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to make breakfast for 10 every morning. The grill also worked perfectly for dinner. This property was gorgeous! We had a group of 10 adults and never once felt like the house was too small. There was plenty of space to move around and relax, aa well aa plenty bedrooms and bathrooms. Every single one of us loved the deck. It was our favorite area to be on- I can’t wait to go back and drink coffee on the deck to take in the amazing view! The host was attentive and kind! Large home, great for a group and very comfortable. Beautiful decks and views. The kitchen could use a few more pots, there was only one small one and we were a big group. 10th Annual Clambake
For 10 consecutive years, 6 couples from Northern and Southern CA get together for laughs, golf, spa, wine tasting, etc. This year, we chose Paso Robles for our special year. Fantastic Home for Large Group
Our party of 11 stayed at the Highland Park home and loved it! The furnishings are well done and comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone. We had so much fun playing foosball and shuffleboard on the first floor. The outdoor deck was an amazing spot to sit by the fire table to sip wine or drink morning coffee. The property management was very responsive when we called. Home has plenty of parking in a quiet cul-de-sac. If you choose a downstairs bedroom, just know you can hear every foot step from above. A Wonderful Long Weekend In Paso Robles!
This rental was perfect for our long weekend getaway for our two families. The house was spacious with plenty of space in the common areas to all be together, and also enough bedrooms for everyone to have space to themselves. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a couple of nice meals at "home." It's also very convenient for walking downtown (if you don't mind one short but steep hill on your way back.) The house is located on top of the hill. The view from the terrace was just wonderful at night. We have a good time staying there. The only drawback is that the house is that for people staying downstairs they can hear all the noises from upstairs. This house is perfect for a big group, even better than the pictures! The views are beautiful off the large deck. And we had deer every day! You have everything you need for a weekend away. I especially loved the shuffle board, the decor and open kitchen/living room area for hanging out. Loved too many things about this house! Only thing... the bedroom window coverings are great for decor, however, not so great for privacy and allowing the morning light in. Regardless of that, everyone in our group would LOVE to stay here again!

Being the first to enjoy this new property we had high expectations. The home was very accommodating for all 11 adults. The view was spectacular. But, the home was unfinished, no curtains in bedrooms and we had to endure the neighbors outside lights. Pots, pans and utensils were a little on the short side for large home. The downstairs bathroom has a hanging door and you can see right into the shower when walking down the hallway. We had a wonderful stay at Highland Park Panorama! The home is spotless, stylishly decorated, and totally functional while at the same time luxurious. It's up a hill, so not easy to go on walks or walk to town, however it's a short drive to the town square. The house has everything you need to cook and relax. The property management company is extremely professional and responsive. Our only complaints were that the walls and floors are really thin, and there are only sheer curtains on the windows, both of which troubled some of our sleepers. Note that the upstairs master (that has the bathtub) is a queen bed. The downstairs master has a king bed, and one of the two other downstairs bedrooms has a king bed. - Anonymous, Moraga, CA

THE best house for groups or families.
Wow. This home was everything we wanted in a Paso vacation rental and much more. We had a group of six couples comfortably live in this home for three nights. Super cool decor, the rooms were great and spread out on both floors. There were three bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs. There are two masters, one on each floor. The other two rooms on each floor shared a bathroom. The downstairs game room and TV area was a nice space to spread out, and both decks had incredible views. The kitchen was perfect for a large group. This house is definitely a stunner. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The value is unbeatable for so many rooms. Thank you. We decided since we all (4 families with 5 small babies/toddlers) couldn’t get together very often that we wanted to be in a house rather than 4 hotel rooms. We chose this great house for the number of bedrooms, huge deck and inside living areas. We also did not want a pool or hot tub, but loved the fire ‘pit’ for wine and adult time. It worked out perfectly! The well stocked kitchen had plenty of dishes (one set unbreakable!) and everything we needed for cooking. There were plenty of towels and a very reasonable small charge for a few pack n plays for the babies.

Really solid location and sharp house
Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this. It's within a quick Uber/Lyft to downtown, and at the end of a road, so not a lot of traffic.
The house is laid out great, with almost two separate living areas, and a huge open area for your group.
A few notes:
- The house really could use a little more stemware - it just doesn't have plain standard red wine glasses (not classy, just in general)
- The shuffleboard table is in need of some maintenance, like a polishing or something - it just doesn't slide, regardless of the amount of granules
- The upstairs bedroom with an en suite is not a king bed, so just be aware.

Our dinner club has been together for 20 years. We wanted to pick a destination weekend to celebrate. There were 6 couple and a beautiful room for each of us. On Friday we all made dinner and enjoyed the view on the deck with drinks and appetizers. We did a little dancing and socializing during the evening.
On Saturday, we made breakfast at the house. We found everything we needed. We all explored Tin City , Firestone for lunch and then visited downtown Paso Robles. That afternoon the rain came in so we all watched movies and played board games. We ordered pizza in for dinner.
Sunday morning it was still raining, so we all enjoyed another breakfast in the house. The house was clean and spacious. We all enjoyed our time there. - Delia G., ,

There were 14 of us who flew from Georgia to Paso for a wedding. We stayed at this house. There was plenty of room/bathrooms. The house is wonderful! Our trip was too quick, and we were not able to be at the house as much as we wanted; however, we did get to enjoy the fire pit outside on the deck, both at night and watching the sunrise in the morning. Stunning! We needed more gas the next night, and a gentleman brought another propane tank over. The outdoor area was perfect for everyone sitting around and chatting and drinking wine. They actually left us enough dishwashing/dishwasher cleaner and toilet tissue - a real bonus since we flew in. There is absolutely nothing that anyone in our group would say negative - only positives. And, it's not easy to please 14 people.
