A SLO CAL vacation doesn’t have to mean a break from your workout. Keep the fitness routine going by working up a sweat at a number of gyms throughout the area—many local gyms supply one-day passes that can be purchased without a membership.
At a fitness center, you’ll have access to both strength and cardio equipment, guaranteeing a good workout. To keep energized, try out a fitness class; day passes often include access to many of the classes that take place at a gym. If an aquatic workout interests you, many gyms also boast pools—indoor or outdoor, depending on the gym—and offer both lap-swimming times and water exercise times.
Other pool facilities are available throughout SLO CAL, from municipal pools to swim schools that also provide lap-swimming times.
