Our Italian regional specialties are indicative to the Pugliese region in Italy, particularly Bari, a seaport on the Adriatic Sea from which most of our recipes originate. Our bread and pizza is baked from scratch every day in a wood-burning oven imported from Italy. Our pastas, with their full nutty flavor and al dente qualities, are either made here on the premises or are imported from Italy. We use only the finest ingredients including virgin olive oil on our tables and in our sauces, local produce from farmer's markets and fresh fish delivered to our back door from local waters. We feature imported Pecorino Romano, Grana Parmigiano, imported porcini mushrooms, and the best meats, olives and fine wines available, all in an effort to bring the classic taste of the Italian countryside to your dining table. Hours of Operation:
Lunch- Monday through Friday for lunch at 11:30 am until 3:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday closed for lunch. Dinner- Open seven days a week for dinner at 4:30 pm until 10:00 pm. Friday and Saturday until 11:00pm.
