Our Tuscan style olive oils are fresh and flavorful, produced from an Italian olive cultivars grown on our farm. We hand harvest, then cold press within hours, to produce the highest quality extra virgin olive oil.
Come visit us and sample olive oil with food pairings, tour our olive milling facility, and relax with spectacular views of olive orchards and the surrounding vineyards of California's Central Coast. We host tastings on the farm's frantoio, an eco-friendly building which also contains our milling equipment and olive oil storage tanks. The frantoio is a straw-bale building, fully solar-powered, and the interior walls are finished in natural clay plaster.
The tasting room is open Thursday through Monday, 11am to 5pm. Production and milling tours begin at 2pm on weekends and last about two hours. Orchard tours began at 11am and last for about 45 minutes, also on weekends. For groups of 6 or more, please call in advance. Olive oil-paired lunches are available with a reservation.
