Lace up your boots, grab a camera, and you are ready for this 6.8 mile out and back trail. Find your escape hiking with coastal views of ocean cliffs and crashing waves. Your beachfront trek is full of wild life, and be sure to keep an eye out for the wildflowers scattered around the trail. The hike is mild and suitable for all ages, so the whole family will be blown away by the picturesque view, the same view as in the 1977 film Pete's Dragon. The trail is open to the public Thursday through Monday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. To preserve the area, the trail is limited to 275 hikers a day, so be sure to check in at the trail head before and after your adventure.
