Take in views of the many olive and almond orchards which are a testament to Paso Robles’ rich agricultural heritage and relive history experiencing true cowboy culture with a ride in a stagecoach.

Spend the warm, gently breezed evenings with a relaxing stroll through world-renowned art exhibits. With new adventures to be discovered at every corner, the activities here are seemingly endless.

food and cocktails from The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar

After an adventure-filled day, treat yourself to homey dinner at The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar – one of Paso Robles’ Michelin featured restaurants. The Hatch is a cozy, comfortable restaurant powered by wood-fired comfort food, small batch whiskey and a social atmosphere. Their claim to fame are their roasted and rotisserie chickens, but don’t be fooled by the simplicity of the dish – each chicken is masterfully brined and smoky giving steak a run for its money.

Owners Maggie Cameron and Eric Connolly pride themselves in sourcing only the most exceptional ingredients, whether it be California-raised Jidori chicken or Etto Pastifico pasta made right down the street. Complement your meal with one of their artfully crafted cocktails or mocktails featuring fresh farmer’s market produce, homegrown garnishes and in-house specialty items. Seating is limited, so reservations are always recommended.
