As you wrap up your time shopping, slow down and take a look at the historic Carnegie Library, which today is home to the Paso Robles History Museum that marks the center of downtown. Inside you will find exhibits that showcase the area’s unique history, and docents eager to share their knowledge.

After exploring around Downtown City Park, head to nearby Paso Market Walk and experience a wine blending class with The Blending Lab Winery. Take a ride along the rolling vineyards and sip a cold craft beer

Once the sun goes down, head to Sensorio to experience an enchanting light display with over 100,000 lights illuminating 15 hilly acres. Powered entirely by 92 solar panels, each fiber optic stem shifts in color under the gentle breeze. The Field of Light in Paso Robles is master artist Bruce Munro’s largest installation in the world with a focus on the intersection of art, technology and nature.
