CASS Winery grows Rhône wines from 100% certified ENTAV vines. ENTAV is an agency of the French government that is responsible for certification of winegrape clones for the wine industry in France. And CASS vineyard was one of the first vineyards in California to be planted entirely of ENTAV certified clones. Translation? They take their grapes seriously, which means that their Rhône style wines are world class. And grown right here in SLO CAL with Paso Robles flavor.
