About CASS Winery
CASS Winery grows Rhône wines from 100% certified ENTAV vines. ENTAV is an agency of the French government that is responsible for certification of winegrape clones for the wine industry in France. And CASS vineyard was one of the first vineyards in California to be planted entirely of ENTAV certified clones. Translation? They take their grapes seriously, which means that their Rhône style wines are world class. And grown right here in SLO CAL with Paso Robles flavor.
CASS has more than just great wine. Come for a tasting but stay for Camp CASS! You can make the most of your visit with wine classes, archery, ax throwing, horseback riding, side-car tours and more. You may never want to leave, and the good news is you don’t have to. CASS also has on-site accommodation. Choose from a ranch stay experience at the Guesthouse or a modern luxury B+B at Geneseo Inn. When you book a room in SLO CAL you have more opportunities to see what Paso Robles Wine Country has to offer.
